What’s different about my approach?
I believe God made each of us very unique so there is no one size fits all pill, powder or potion that will fix you just like that. It took you awhile to get where you are and it will take a bit to heal.
But God also made your body very forgiving and when you know what to do to help your body with small incremental changes you will be amazed how quickly you will start to feel better physically and emotionally!
I use a Functional approach to find the root causes to what got your health to where it is today. If we don’t know what your root causes are then how can you truly find the healing you desire?
Because you are unique and because one-size doesn’t fit all I meet you where you are and we work together step by step.
Your preferences, life and lifestyle will be taken into consideration every step of the way.
What is Functional Nutrition and why is it different?
Functional Nutrition uses the principles of Functional Medicine by identifying and addressing the underlying causes of disease, rather than just treating symptoms.
Then an emphasis is placed on diet and lifestyle modification, truly recognizing you as a unique individual with unique needs.

When you and I work together it is a partnership.
I will be listening to you and working with your life circumstances and demands to create a custom plan for you.
I will also partner with other healthcare providers that you may be seeing.
I will never view you as the health issue you present as. You are not a diagnosis!
With conventional medicine you work on one area of your body. You see a cardiologist for your heart, a neurologist for your brain or a pulmonologist for your lungs.
You are made of many parts that all need to work together!
With a Functional approach I will help you look at every system of your body to help you optimize your health.
When you go to your doctor sometimes you are lucky to get to see or speak with them for 15 minutes.
I will be giving you my undivided attention for an hour if needed to help you get to the bottom of what needs to change so that you can feel better!
