Liverpalooza Disclaimer of Liability
Liverpalooza is a group-based, educational wellness program intended to provide general information and support for liver health through nutrition, lifestyle practices, and gentle detoxification strategies. It is not a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Sheri Johnson is not a physician or psychologist, and the scope of her services does not include diagnosing or treating specific illnesses or medical conditions. As a certified Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner, Sheri focuses on education, motivation, and empowerment to support general wellness and healthy lifestyle changes.
Due to the nature of a group setting, Sheri will not have access to participants’ full health histories and therefore cannot provide personalized guidance or make recommendations specific to any individual's medical needs. If you suspect that you may have a health condition requiring medical attention, it is your responsibility to consult with a licensed healthcare provider. Only a licensed physician can diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or alter dosages. Any mention of medications during the Liverpalooza program is for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice.
Participation in Liverpalooza is voluntary, and while many individuals experience improvements in their health through nutrition and lifestyle changes, no guarantees can be made regarding the outcome. By participating in this program, you acknowledge that any changes you make to your diet, lifestyle, or medications are your personal decision and should be made in consultation with your healthcare provider.
By registering for Liverpalooza, you acknowledge and agree that:
-
You understand this is a group program and does not include individual health assessments or private consultations.
-
You assume full responsibility for your own health decisions.
-
You release Sheri Johnson from any and all liability for any adverse effects that may result from your participation in the program.
We are so glad you’re here and look forward to supporting your journey toward greater vitality—safely, respectfully, and within the appropriate scope of care.
