There was a time when I was right where you might be now - exhausted, overwhelmed and trying to hold everything together. I was a full-time professional mom, running kids to soccer practice, battling weight gain and being offered medications I didn’t want to take.

At the same time, my daughter was on ADHD meds that made her feel awful. What I didn’t know then - but breaks my heart now - is that she was having suicidal thoughts.

Something had to change.

I discovered the power of whole foods and root-cause healing.  Not only did I reclaim my energy and health, but I helped my daughter get off those meds and feel like herself again.
